Viewing & Bidding
Our next auction will be held on Wednesday 11th January 2023 at 9.00am. Viewing for this auction will be held on Monday 9th & Tuesday 10th January between 9.30am – 5pm. No appointment is necessary for viewing.
We recommend that potential bidders inspect lots in person. Where this is not possible condition reports on specific lots can be requested from Trevanion. Condition reports are opinions to be used as a guide and are not guarantees. Reports can be requested from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the condition of a lot prior to bidding.
We will be offering room bidding for our auction on 11th January. If you would like to pre-register for room bidding, call the office on 01948 800202 or email email@example.com.
For those who prefer to bid from home, there are numerous ways to participate live in the auction as outlined below.
You can bid through Trevanion Live bidding platform on our website here. You can register/open an account, and will also find our latest auction catalogue. In addition, you can choose to register/bid with www.easyliveauction.com or www.the-saleroom.com. All of these platforms will incur an additional commission charge on the hammer price, please make yourself aware of these charges prior to bidding.
TELEPHONE & COMMISSION BIDS
We will be accepting telephone bids and commission bids on all lots in our auction. All phone line requests must be received by 5pm the day before the lot is due to be auctioned.
Phone lines will be limited and offered on a ‘first come – first served’ basis. Please be aware that by booking a telephone line you are agreeing to bid at the lowest estimate of the lot.

PAYING YOUR INVOICE
If you make a purchase at our online auctions, we accept bank transfers for payments made to the following account:

If you wish to pay by debit card please contact our accounts team who will be able to take your payment by telephone 01948 800202.
Please note: Debit or credit card payments will not be accepted on items of silver or gold, or invoices totaling over £1000. Payments for these items must be made via bank transfer prior to collection.
All international payments must be made via Bank Transfer. Credit or debit card payments will not be accepted.
Until further notice we will not be accepting cash or cheque payments at the saleroom, unless previously agreed with our accounts team.
COLLECTION OF ITEMS
Purchases must be collected from the saleroom no later than seven days following the date of the auction. Failure to collect in this timeframe may result in storage charges being applied.
We will only release goods that have been paid for.
